Scenic route Parsenn

On the ridge to the Jatzhorn

Hikers who aren’t afraid of heights should tackle the beautiful route along the mountain ridge to Jatzhorn. The starting point of this hike can be reached by taking the Jakobshorn cable car – because it’s located right at the mountain station. You’ll follow the trail all the way along the ridge to Jatzhorn where you’ll be greeted by marvellous 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. From there, the loop takes you down to the turquoise-blue Lake Stadlersee – a great location for a picnic – and afterwards back to the mountain station.

Rinerhorn to Sertig

The fantastic hike starts with a gondola ride to the Rinerhorn. From the mountain station, a wide path leads to Äbirügg, where there is a popular barbecue and rest area. Continue along a beautiful hiking trail along the mountainside into the picturesque Sertig valley. The hike is a leisurely excursion that is equally suitable for families, nature lovers and pleasure-seekers.

Did you know: The trail has been largely unbundled, meaning that the path for hikers and bikers runs parallel. Respect for each other is still required on the shared routes.
