The concept of the Bistro
The new Bistro National not only offers typical Italian cuisine, the dishes are also prepared and served by genuine Italians from the island of Elba.
The restaurateurs already have a lot of experience in running restaurants and in the past spoiled their guests on the popular Italian vacation island.
Now a new challenge beckons and Federico and Giuseppe would like to convince guests in Davos with their cuisine in the future.
